Nuevas pretensiones

Hoy es martes y el sábado anterior recibí el seminario del kitchen car. Me parece lo ideal aunque ya pasó por ahora el tema de covid y el gobierno prefiere reorganizar la economía. Salió en TV que los negocios por ser muchos los que han quebrado van a dar nuevo incentivos económico. Al igual que toda la población japonesa todos vamos a poder recibir 100,000yen casi 1,000$ y aunque aún está en debate del congreso lo más factible es que sea cierto pues Japón con nuevo primer ministro es lógico que haga eso para ganar votos del pueblo. Con respecto al kitchen car. La idea es buena pero la inversión algo cara. Aún no se si vale la pena. Pues si otra vez abren los negocios yo pienso que no comprarían en kitchen car. Habrá que ver que pasa con el tema del gobierno del covid puesto se espera una sexta ola. Mañana miércoles la cabaña dejará de existir. Ya me llamaron de la compañía que hace el desmantelamiento que mañana tumban el local. Da pena y trae buenos recuerdos pero ya estaba muy deterioro del local y no había expectativa. Habrá que seguír soñando con sacarse la lotería y algún día abrir un nuevo restaurante en otro lugar que si tenga más negocio y que la gente valore y pague por la comida peruana

There is a person who thinks he is very clever who is posting my blogger on facebook.  I don't know who it will be and if I want I can find out.  What I do not like that they are publishing me without my authority.  Well overall I get more famous but the funny guy who is doing that will be punished if he continues to post without my permission.  Anything or doubt write to my email please.  This release is for everyone who reads the blog.  I am very upset.  Very angly.  I'll see how to solve the problem

Three weeks ago I began to sell for the workers of the okuma base anticucho bone beef heart as was the Peruvian food cabin in Kunigami.  People were used to eating that favorite Peruvian food as snacks.  I do not exactly remember when but the cabin that my father-in-law's restaurant and that later I saw him went bankrupt due to the covid crisis and the poor condition of the premises and a terrible commercial administration.  I wanted to make the rules clear and let people know how delicious Peruvian food is, but not only to sell but to create profits.  Unfortunately the people around here do not know how to appreciate that.  They only think of enjoying themselves and paying the minimum.  If you compare the prices with Los Angeles, the United States there if Peruvian food is well priced because people know that the inputs of the condiments are expensive.  But unfortunate I am starting to sell as a hobby and delight what was my audience and clientele.  Not in order to make a profit but rather to please my ego that I have to make myself respected as an expert chef in Peruvian food and I dream that one day in another city or perhaps in Los Angeles I will start my own business in the same style.  But the years go by and at the moment I only have to make orders that I have.  For example, today I am preparing 13 tapers of fried rice Peruvian style

 It is expensive for some $ 8 because I use pork chicharrón, rice and condiments, but you have to take into account the tapers, sticks to eat and the disposable spoons.  This is my beginning but let's see how it can go further.  For now, only work and days off like today keep my mind busy and focus on the kitchen, which is my strength ...

Desde hace ya tres semanas atrás comenze a vender para los trabajadores de la base de okuma anticucho osea beef heart como era la cabaña Peruvian food en kunigami. La gente estaba acostumbrado comer como piqueos aquel food favorito del Perú. Exactamente no me acuerdo cuando pero la cabaña aquel restaurante de mi suegro y que luego lo vi yo se fue a la quiebra por la crisis del covid y la mala condición del local y una pésima administración comercial. Yo quize poner las normas en claro y hacer saber a la gente lo delicioso que es la comida peruana pero no sólo vender sino crear ganancias. Lamentablemente la gente de por acá no saben apreciar eso. Tan solo piensan en deleitarse y pagar lo mínimo. Si comparas los precios con los ángeles Estados Unidos allí si está bien cotizada la comida peruana pues la gente sabe que los insumos de los condimentos es caro. Pero lamentable estoy empezando a vender por hobby y deleitar a lo que era mi público y clientela. No con el fin de obtener ganancias sino más bien por complacer mi ego que tengo de hacerme respetar como un cocinero experto en comida peruana y sueño que algún día en otra ciudad o tal vez en los ángeles montar mi propio negocio al mismo estilo. Pero los años se pasan y por el momento solo me queda hacer pedidos que tengo. Por ejemplo hoy día estoy preparando 13tapers de fried rice Peruvian style

Es caro para algunos 8$pues yo uso pork chicharrón arroz y condimentos pero hay que sacar en cuenta los tapers, sticks para comer y las cucharas descartables. Esto es mi comienzo pero vamos a ver como puede ir mas adelante. Por ahora solo trabajar y los días libres como hoy mantener ocupado la mente y concentrarme en la cocina de que es mi fuerte....
